  • Customers exceeding an amount of CHF 3000.- benefits from a 3% reduction, then an additional 0.5% for each 500th CHF, the maximum reduction is 5%

  • Product availability is not exclusive to any brand. The theory of operations of each manufacturer has strict rules, such as their "Manual, User Guide" or "Specifications" that we want to respect, this for professional reasons. No Recycled Toner or other recycled products will be sold by ONSITETECH

  • Once a customer contacts ONSITETECH for a repair of a peripheral device, this is qualified using telephone assistance. The breakdown is assessed and an estimate is made before the intervention, but the estimate is established with a variable price, because without certainty we cannot make it happen. In most cases, the qualification of the peripheral is correct, sometimes it may be that the customer's information has no relation to the breakdown, in such a case the repair cost no longer has any relation to the quote made before travel
